Trisha Bush opened her own Real Estate Company in 2006. Trisha believes that in order to succeed, a person should do what they are good at and what they enjoy. The youngest member of our team, Benjamin Don Bush is a precocious and well motivated young man. �Bennie� has grown up around the construction industry and accompanied his Grandfather Don Bush to the jobsite at the early age of 2. Bennie has constantly been immersed in the real estate industry with a Mother as the Owner/Broker of Preferred Properties, which has given him a better understanding of home buying than most people. This year Bennie is in the 8th grade at Rogers School, and has his sights set on Walla Walla Valley Academy then Oregon State University (Go Beavs), with the ultimate goal of entering the business world well-educated, with plenty of experience. He desires to be a Veterinarian and dabble in Real Estate on the side. In the summer months you will find Bennie working in the office on advertising projects, answering phones, courier service and studying Real Estate Law (foreclosures) in his free time. His schedule with school and extracurricular activities limits his working hours; expect to see more of Bennie as he assumes more responsibility with Preferred Properties.

Amanda Ewonik is a long time resident of the Walla Walla Valley, and brings a unique niche market to the Preferred Properties team. Having extensive knowledge of the area, she saw a need for a professional and comprehensive Vacation Rental Management service. Amanda took the challenge and created Walla Walla Grape Havens, Vacation Rental Property Management in 2007. Various jobs in management have given her the experience and foresight needed to run a successful company. In the last five years, she has been a stay at home mom to her three beautiful girls Lilli, Lauren, and Lola. However, having an eye for the trends in the Walla Walla Valley Market, she noticed a need for a professional and comprehensive vacation rental service. With this idea, Walla Walla Grape Havens, LLC opened in October of 2007. Wanting to strengthen her company she has merged with Preferred Properties to create an additional department and making Preferred Properties the first all-inclusive real estate company. As a real estate agent and property manager she is committed to making all of her real estate transactions an enjoyable and stress free experience. It is imperative to her to meet her clients� needs, and to set Walla Walla Grape Havens Vacation Rental Property management apart from all others. Amanda and her husband love living in the Walla Walla Valley and believe it is by far the best place to raise children. Alex enjoys working with his family business Grassi Refrigeration. Diana Pierce is proud to join the Preferred Properties team. Her role is to handle all the administrative aspects of Walla Walla Grape Havens.
